“[edit: I am re-posting a shorter version of this review regarding the fine job this company did in May 2022. For some reason Google did not publish my original post of May 2022!] Mr. Britt Cartwright and his crew made the investment worthwhile indeed specially knowing that they also have the needed experience working with the solar panel company to get the panels re-installed right the first time! One of the major issues that he was able to resolve was getting the right color for the CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in these difficult times of post-pandemic (we hope). Britt also went above and beyond by agreeing to install a new thermostat controlled attic fan as the previous one was no longer working. I let the photos do the talking. I see the owner of SquaredUp Solar & Roofing, LLC as an honest and skillful person. That makes this company really 'competitive' in my book. These are genuine photos taken because we requested an in-situ Texas Department of Insurance roof certification. I must also emphasize that the work site was left very clean, so no issues there. Last but not least, I do not have any financial interest(s) directly or indirectly with this company.”

“Reidel Contracting offered me a fair price and sent out the best workers they have in the business. Jose and his crew worked diligently, precise, and thoroughly to replace the entire roof. On the left, the roof where the broken window is showing was never replaced and was in immediate need of replacement. Jose was knowledgable and the best craftsman for the job. My family and I are extremely content with how the roof came out on the right photo and will be looking forward to working future projects with Reidel Contracting and I will definitely ask for Jose and his team. “The sales person that came to my house to look at my bathroom was not well informed about what they could do. He went over everything with me about the materials, how they would do the changes from tub to walk-in shower. The reason I say he was not well informed is, when I told him that there may not be a sub walk and that there may be some damage behind the shower wall. I ask what would happen in that case. He told me that what ever they come across it would be taken care of. He gave me a time when the materials would be in and when the job would be done. That was 8/23 for materials and done by the end of day on 8/30. I got the call that the materials was in but the day of insulation was 10/5. The gentleman that came to do the installation was very nice good customer service. He explained thing to be about how he was going to do the installation. He got to the point of taking out the old backsplash and from some subfloor damage and structural damage. He told me that there was nothing he could do because the company doesn’t do the kind of work. I informed him what I was told the day the sales person came. He was very informing on what I had to do before he could finish the bathroom. I had to find someone to fix that, after I was told they could fix what ever they needed. I was with out a shower for days. I call to speak to someone but got the runaround. That person I was told I need to speak to was Chris. Never got a call back from him. The walk-in shower looks great. The sale person are not informed or just don’t know. I would give the salesperson a two star , the installation gentlemen a five star. Chris is not a good special project representative. He never returned any of my 4 calls to him.”

“At this time the only service I have recieved is a free estimate for siding installation. The estimator was "Vanessa" and she arrived on time and called me a half hour before arrival (as was previously agreed) was courteous, explained herself very well and in my opinion was knowledgeable of her job. She answered my questions and showed concern for my opinions. Bottom line is I'm satisfied with the way she handled this appointment with me. She seems very professional. “The four-star rating is for Exteriors Plus as a whole for everyone who was involved from front office to quoting to ordering to installing. The finished product looks good, moved along as expected for this type of project, and it was completed within two days. William Dye initially came out to quote and spent sufficient time to talk, measure, and take photos. There were a few bumps along the way prior to and during installation, but got worked-out with William who was always available by phone or text. It was good that William acknowledged the issues and took any steps necessary to remedy the situation-at-hand. It is largely due to William's commitment to (my) satisfaction that the rating is up to 4 on this review; he made sure all concerns were addressed. The most unpleasant of this experience was that after installation, Exteriors Plus added extra charges at final billing after we agreed on a contracted price. These extra charges were for (i) things I know were not used because I was home and outside during installation and (ii) additional siding needed due to either incorrect measuring or inefficient installation. We came to an agreement for payment, but I still ended-up paying more than the contract I signed and it did not leave me feeling warm and fuzzy. Exteriors Plus has a satisfactory system in place for product delivery and installation, and does nice work. For those shopping around (for all companies you are having bid for the job) be sure to ask a lot of questions (about landscaping, trash, extra materials, etc.) and read all the fine print. I've posted a before/after pic so you can see the work. Like I said, nice job; just make sure your inquiries are answered prior to signing. A special shout-out to Johnny who has a great, positive attitude, kept the crew supplied with things they needed during installation, and for going the extra mile for me.”

“This was really a solid experience all around. My first interaction was with Victor on the sales and estimate part of the process. He did an excellent job reviewing the company details of Mr. Roof, the specs they follow when replacing a roof, the Mr. Roof warranty, and the material that would be used on the roof. Victor was professional, knew his information and was exceptional in getting back to me. I had an order for a shingle replacement, that turned into removing the gutters that turned into doing the gutters and Victor never missed a beat! The roof was scheduled very timely and it was a fairly large roof. Kevin called me the morning of the roof work and explained in detail what would occur and asked for questions and answered any questions I had. The crew did an excellent job replacing the roof and it was remarkable how well they did it in two days and left the job site in great shape. The crew leader asked if he could pull the trailer that would take all the shingles and material off the job site before doing it. The crew was respectful of the property and friendly. If I had a question and called Kevin, he picked up. Kevin was nothing short of amazing with his attentiveness! He always got back to me quickly and when having trouble getting a hold of Mr. Roof team to schedule the gutters, Kevin scheduled them for me! Kevin inspected the roof, attended to anything that may have been needed and answered all my questions and reiterated the Mr. Roof warranty. Kevin was super personable and a great asset to the process and very much appreciated! It was a great experience overall, with the Mr. Roof warranty and experience I would recommend you check them out for your next roofing/gutter needs!”
