When a park was lax on things and when new people step in and change things then of course people dont like it. And when you pay your rent and follow the rules then you dont have anything to worry about.”

“Indian Skies RV Resort is the most friendly resort around. We are blessed to be part of the family. Indian Skies RV Resort has so many amenities and activities for all to enjoy. It is located between Phoenix and Tucson in a gated community. Most people who visit end up purchasing a park model home and staying her either full time or at least 6 months of the year. We call those people "Snow Birds". We love the snow birds. We have people come from all states and many from Canada. We absolutely love our Canadian friends.”

“I live in this park and have been here for a year and 3 months. I just think we should be able to have a fence around our own area and I feel like the rent goes up to often. Since moving in my rent to own has went up $46 dollars. When I moved in my plan has always been to stay till my dying day. But I’m on a fixed income and if it continues to go up I don’t know what will happen. I love this place and don’t want to have to move. Never have any problems with the neighbors or the staff.”

Residence are fifty-five years or older and there are guidelines for mobile homes accepted into the village. Mobile homes must have vinyl siding and pitched roofs with composition roof shingles, or tin roof. There are three or four older style mobile homes that were grandfathered in, prior to the new standards. Most home owners have down-sized from standard houses and Town & Country Mobile Home Village meets their needs in a quiet, safe, friendly, and clean environment.”

“We enjoyed our 1 week stay here. The campground is huge with lots to offer. You can read the list of amenities- plenty to keep everyone entertained. The staff was kind. The grounds were well kept. The dog park is the largest we have ever seen at a campground-so nice. We did not have sewage hookup since none were available when we arrived so we did use the bath houses. Some were cleaner than others so we just made the drive to the better bath house. Internet service in the area was okay. We would definitely stay here again...we plan to.”
