This place must be high end. I heard some of these homes are going for $300,000. Oh my. Inside the place I'm working in it definitely looks every penny. “The bathrooms are gorgeous with beautiful wood stalls and the shower was nice. The pool was cool, almost cold even in July but you got used to it. You didn't mind the lack of shade because the water was so cool. The store was very nice and had useful stuff, even towels! Helpful and friendly staff. The spots are a mix of shady and sunny. That sun is hot in the summer though so I think a shady spot will feel very nice. We had a sunnier than shadier. The kids liked the jump pad too.”

Since Charisse started working here, she is quick to respond to any inquires,issues, and always very nice. I would've given 5 stars if maintenance could be quicker in repairs. “Nice office and cleaning staff. Our lot was very large with long patio (the width of much of the site). Gravel pad, but paved roads. A lot of grass, which is nice. Mostly permanent renters and many with nicely landscaped sites. No frills, outdated bathroom was clean (and that was before cleaning staff came through in the morning). Kind of pricey at $60 for FHU pull-thru. I would definitely recommend.”

“My husband and I came across a cute little trailer for sale on Lake Tarpon in Tarponaire Park. We absolutely love it! We have a little pontoon and really enjoy our time on the lake. The sunrises are incredible and for the first time in my life I saw a full moon rise that was absolutely stunning. Gary the manager has been very helpful and patient... especially with us. We are first time homeowner's in a trailer park, and it has been so much fun and relaxing.. even when we had a a plumping issue. Gary went out of his way to make sure he got it fixed. My husband and I are very grateful for that. Gary has been nothing but kind, and generous to us and so has everyone else we've met. I highly recommend Tarponaire park for a relaxing and fun lifestyle. Come see for yourself.”
