“Lived there for a few years. Its a great place. Owner is very good to those who conduct themselves in a responsible way. The park is well kept and I never had any issues there. The Manager is Great. These people treated me like family and have done so much to help me when I had some struggles. I really cant say enough good about how good they were to me. Its off the path and has a very remote feel. Its close to everything and the prices are kept reasonable.This is a great place with a great owner and manager. Just Awesome people whom I consider like Family. Im actually considering moving back if a lot opens up.”

“Beautiful place and love the atmosphere. I would suggest not going during Florida’s rainy season. Most of the sites were flooded and swampy. We had a concrete pad, but only the premium sites had this. Also lots of noise from the race track on 64 throughout most of Saturday night. I would suggest you come in the winter and not come when the race track is open.”

“I have lived here since 2009 and I own my home. I have never had an issue. The community is clean and always looks nice. I feel safe here and would have no problem walking in the community at night. Everyone seems to watch out for each other and their safety. A good place to live. There are people who will complain about the rules but that is what keeps it nice here. Its more like a subdivision than a trailer park. Sure, the lot rent goes up every year but so does property tax if you own a house. Everyone that visits me for the first time, is surprised how nice it is here and how it does not look like a normal trailer park. That makes me proud to live here.”

“We are long term guests here, and love the park. We have lived in our RV for over four years now, and this is one of our favorite parks. We will definitely be sad to leave when the time comes. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. All of them are super helpful and friendly, and the new management made some nice changes. They have cleaned up the kids park area and pool area, which we really appreciate. They also do a great job of keeping the park safe and clean, so it’s perfect for families. We have made many friends, and our son always has other kids to play with. The park also periodically has special activities for the kids, which we love attending. Overall, we love the park and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Bakersfield, especially long term.”

“Let's see, where do I start off because there are so many good things to say about this RV Park. We stayed at mission Park for an extended period of time and everything was just absolutely fabulous. The park managers were always friendly, attentive and readily accessible. The cleanliness of the park was just amazing and their laundry and bathroom facilities were impeccable. The grounds are Immaculate. It's a gated facility so we felt very safe. They have a small dog area so I never had to leave the park to walk my dogs I could walk them all through the park and take him to the little dog area. They even help Park your RV into space so you don't even have to worry about that they do all the work. I can go on and on I really enjoyed staying here I enjoyed that it was clean and affordable, next to freeways next to places to eat and next to grocery stores. If ever in Redlands I will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the management for being so accommodating!”

“There are some very nice parks in Sarasota, but there's something different about Saralake, and it begins when you first enter the park. It just feels so warm and welcoming from the beautiful old Oaks, pretty landscaping, wide streets and well kept properties. The amenities are updated, clean and maintained! The office staff, Deanna and Barbara, will go above and beyond for you! They are AWESOME! Saralake is a highly desirable park, with very reasonable fees, in a great and VERY safe location. Properties do not become available too often, so your best bet is to get on their email list if you're interested in becoming a Saralake resident. You must hurry though, as homes get snatched up quickly!”

“The streets are all two-way so try to keep to the right and avoid cutting corners at intersections. Watch out for folks popping out from the bushes or driveways into the street. 😂 There's no sidewalk for cushioning. The rent is high and the homes are cheap. Great for folks with solid earning capacity and limited savings. Much more pleasant and affordable than apartment living in this area. Without a strong investment portfolio or bullet proof pension plan, one should plan to remain productive to grow old here. The people you see walking and biking on a daily basis are investing in their financial future. 😁 Casa across the street is nice! You are allowed to be eccentric with your home. Adobe down the block is awesome with a real park setting. Homes in PDR are hands down the most bang for your buck.”

“The park has some of best people you'll meet residing in it. Our time was short but we definitely had a feeling of home while we were there. The atmosphere was quaint and home like and the property is beautiful with lots of potential and a bright future. The only reason we left after a short time was because of an unexpected blessing in getting some land. Otherwise we would have stayed until the market's settled down so we could buy some land of our own. Definitely a great place to with great people and great management. If your looking for a long term residence this is the place to be.”
