“Moved in a couple months ago. Park is very quiet, well kept and I have found the owners to be very fair and compromising if within the signed contract upon move in. Communication is key. Ask before you do. We do not own the park but the deal is to rent to own your mobile home. Respecting and keeping clean your place of residence shouldn't be something demanded but done with pride.”

“I really liked this manufactured home park, the amenities they had were great, the children's park can definitely use some TLC but they did make me aware that they are currently working on that, every home on this lot is very well kept as if they were to have an HOA even though that is not the case one thing that I believe to was very inconvenient was that they only allow 2 vehicles per manufactured home which seems a little tough. Although when pro is that every manufactured home includes a personal storage unit. So if you're considering on purchasing or renting I would definitely recommend to go in person to get some additional information. Viridiana was very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to the manufactured home park. And made the experience a much better one”

“The roads inside Park Estates are bad. Plowed but slippery in spots. Their hired plow person plows the bottom of driveways where the driveways were already cleared by the owner. Most of these people are seniors. Some not in good health. And some have good neighbors that help and some don't.”

“We have been here since April. We travel with my husbands work. It is a nice rv park. Love the fishing! Have had no problems since being here. The owner is very kind and watches over the park very diligently. It is on the outskirts of town. I go 10 miles up the road to Millington to the store and to do laundry. There has been one event so far because of COVID 19. There was an Elvis impersonator and we were fed BBQ. Clean and safe campground. Kid friendly. There are showers but they have been closed due to Corona Virus. The owner has expanded since we arrived. Including adding WiFi. It is nice to see that he puts the money back into the park.”
