“I’ve lived here about a year. I work in Houston during the week and live in Oklahoma. The tenants are great. They look out for each other. If you are working on anything they show up to offer help. The park manager Alice is friendly and helpful. I’m not here on the weekends but I hear some of them bbq and play corn hole and Everyone is welcome. It’s like having a park family. Good value and you can’t put a price on having real neighbors while away from home.”

The property manager, Alice, is very kind and welcoming. She also keeps a close eye on who is coming and going from the park, which is great. We enjoyed our stay here and definitely plan on going back in the future.”

“Plenty of room, not all jammed up to the trailer next to you. Concrete pads for trailer and truck parking. All the grass is mowed regular and trimmed around your trailer. Nice laundry room and bath house and a convenience store onsite. Also have propane filling station and reasonably priced. Real nice folks that manage the place. Monthly rate is about an average rate, there are cheaper places around and a couple that are higher in price. Some lots have nice shade trees and others without if you'd prefer not to be under a tree. Looks like there may be a few permanent residence but all are kept up nice and clean.”

“We have lived here coming up to a year next month. Of all the places we looked this was the one we chose at last minute and we have not regretted it since. Yes they do background checks and charge you but if you have nothing to hide than you wouldn't have a issue with that because some of the RV parks we looked at it was clear they did not do background checks and they were trashed. The owner takes good care of the property and is constantly working on it to keep it nice, clean and comfortable for short term and long term RV'ers. Manager is awesome, informative on RV's and helpful on issues that arise. They are very strict on their rules and anyone violating the simple rules put in place are out. We love this because it is very quiet and very safe and there are no shenanigans going on. The only negative thing I can say is we do not receive mail there. Otherwise, perfect place, perfect cost. You pay lot and electric with that you don't pay for water or sewage. You get free cable and wifi. Pool area is set up beautifully and you can swim, BBQ and play music. They also have a fishing pond.”

“The 5 stars is for the wonderful people I lived around for a year. I had to move because my boyfriend, & the father of my child died June 25th. I sold my rv in payments to a couple in lot 28 and they continuously didn’t pay me their payments on time. I was so very nice to them, letting them slide. They’re now rude and drink ridiculously and take drugs, they have no respect for my personal belongings. Best thing you guys should do is evict them because they’re evil, manipulative people. Don’t take my word for it just talk to them and you’ll see it. These are people you DON’T want in the RV Park.”
