They're awesome to work with and are very accommodating. I just purchased my first mobile home from them and I'm moving in the beginning of December. I'm so very excited. “I've been renting here for a little over 6 months. Very extensive background check to get in. The neighbors are friendly and everyone works together to take care of the community. There isnt much to do and the yards are very small but for the price, you really cant beat it. Honestly, I would never have expected it when I first saw the place. Most of the mobile homes are pretty dated, but a large portion of people do own their own. Just beware of the bears getting into the garbage in summer. Really annoying.”

“My husband and I stayed here just over a month. We really liked it. While the sites are tight with several trees, I felt they were plenty big enough and the trees offered just enough shade and privacy to be well worth the extra trouble backing your trailer. The staff were all super friendly as were the other campers that we met. The only downside was that it could use some sprucing up. A little landscaping and grooming would go a long way. Its a beautiful property with buildings that really just need some paint and hauling off the old vehicles and campers sitting around would make a world of difference. The laundry facilities are a older but clean and well lit, we didn't use the bathhouse, but I did go in once to use the trash can and it appeared clean. The pool is huge and the playground was really nice. We had no issues with the water or water pressure. It was a very quiet, nice campground centrally located to several attractions. It is a little expensive, but not much more than the other campgrounds that we checked in the area, so I'd say it's in the ballpark. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay here.”
