“This was my second time at this resort. The cottage and common areas are well maintained and clean. Staff were super friendly and very helpful with a couple issues we encountered. The kids had a blast aswell as the adults. It's close enough to the Falls that you can easily escape to if you wish. I look forward to returning again next year.”

“We recently stayed here with our converted cargo trailer, and it was a great stay! The campground was clean and facilities well maintained. We don't have a restroom in our camper, so we used the bathroom and showers on site. They were cleaned daily and even had a lock code. They had daily events, but since we were busy sightseeing we didn't get to attend any. The playground was small but clean. Check in process was easy, and they helped accomodate the fact we needed to be able to walk to restrooms but also had a young child so needed further space from highway. We used a white noise machine in our camper, so the road noise didn't bother us much. Traffic is busy on road in front, but we just waited and we were able to easily pull out each time. They had a staff member guide us to our spot, and the staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend! Was about 45 minute drive to zoo area and 30 minutes to Honeymoon Island State Park. Will definitely be back!”

I also worked there for almost a year. “I love staying at Lake Medina! I stayed in the cabins and they are nice. I liked going on hikes and being able to see the wildlife out there. Then being able to come back, take a swim in the pool and end the night by our campfire. The cabins have everything you need. Fridge, stove, pots, pans etc. The cabins are really clean and the beds are great! They're spacious and nice to relax in.”

“Great little RV park. Location is near shopping, and the stadiums where the Royals and Chiefs play. Only a 15 minute drive to downtown Kansas City and 20 minutes to the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art and the Country Club Plaza. The owner is very hands on and helpful. He did all of the hookups and set me up for surviving a KC winter. This is a great space for those who need a space for short term (3 to 6 months) or longer. I have even seen a few overnights come through, but I would think you would rather stay at the Walmart up the road. I have a 24' Motorhome, but I see many travel trailers and big 5th wheels. All spots are back up, no drive throughs and there is a spot to park your auto.”

We now have a gazebo with seating and a fire pit and grill to enjoy. The property is well maintained and very friendly people. I would recommend this RV park to anyone👍”
