“We absolutely love this preschool. Mrs. McCarthy and staff are all so friendly and qualified! Coming from someone who was in the field for over 10 years, this is not always the case. I trust them with my babies (my middle has been there for 6 months and my youngest just started). My middle no longer is excited for kinder as she loves going here so much (and she had been begging for kinder every day prior to enrolling)! My youngest has Cerebral Palsy and has never been dropped off anywhere besides with family and church. To say they went above and beyond to make sure we were both comfortable and that they understood what she needs/any modifications is an understatement. I'm so blessed. We love you LEAP!”

“This is school is okay. It's slightly better than all of the other high schools here at Denton. Just a little fact that in other High Schools David DAEP is a school that get's the job done. In Bill Ryan High School I felt as if all of the time over there felt supremely pointless. We just sit in a class and stare at each other for an hour and 30 minutes. Sometimes we get "hard," academic work. But most of the classes I've been in felt like we we're there just to blow off and not take education seriously. I don't think a high school diploma is worth any time or values amongst our workforces and communities when most of the kids in our high schools feign their work and appreciation towards their outcome of education and life skills when it's a common fact that most humans in high school never learn. No humans further escalates their intellect and knowledge to another level. I hope that our next generations will be prepared acknowledgedly to the point where their is no ignorance to cause a worse impression and values that NEGATIVELY influence many other teenagers and young adults who work in our High Schools. Who knows, this maybe the same behavior all around America. I came to DAEP when I was in middle school. never in high school. DAEP Pros: You actually learn, Work at your own pace, Peaceful, Quiet, you can graduate early. DAEP Cons: You are treated like a delinquent (My brother went to DAEP because he was very depressed and had series of painful thoughts, so the administrators sent him there to be mistreated as a juvenile). Other than that DAEP is a great school.”

“Have the people putting horrible reviews on here even gone to JAMM, as they claim to? I'm not so sure.. As a student who has attended Jackson for 9 years, since it was established, I can tell you that many of the things people have said in their reviews on here are lies. For example- that they make everyone BUY their own instrument for school, that there isn't a large selection, and that students aren't taught to play. There is, in fact, a large selection of instruments available and if you are unable to get your own there are free loaners. The music teacher is great, and he has taught me so much about music theory, reading music, and more. Moving on- the criticism of the staff is quite sad. All of my teachers have been wonderful and do the best that they can. Also, to go as far to say that the staff is cruel, which I've seen in a few reviews- is crazy. They are genuinely very kind and caring people. The academics are great too, and the teachers do, in fact, care a great deal about their students. So, if you are a parent thinking of sending your child to JAMM reading these reviews, don't let the comments about "cruel" staff or terrible academics make you change your mind, because they're wrong. I am so grateful for my parents for sending me to this school. If you decide to send your student here, they will be thankful for it too!”

“Overall a good school, although the administration and some of the teachers could put a little more effort in keeping students in-line during functions (behaviour is nothing like when I was in school). It's pretty well maintained and clean. The teachers I've had experiences with have been very dedicated to their students and teaching them, not only what they need to know to pass EOG's, but teaching them a well rounded curriculum.”

“All three of our children have attended Rye Country Day School. RCD is a place that allows children to grow emotionally, socially, and explore interests academically. There has not been a day where my children have been sad about attending school. They can't wait to jump in the car and it's all smiles! The staff's loving way, respect for little ones, and providing an atmosphere filled with exploration is amazing! I will miss driving there every morning next year.
