I've heard all sort of things you are not allowed to do outside. Things I thought kids would be able to do on a playground. The middleschool principal, Jerry, is super!”

I have had the personal experience of watching Sifu German take his students to international competitions and see all of them bring home first, second and third place medals. I was a student of TaeKwonDo and found that Kung Fu and TaiChi had so much more to add to my knowledge. These practices have enriched my life and given me tools to strengthen my mind, body, and spirit. It is also worth noting, German has brought his own teacher, Sifu De Cheng from the Shaolin temple in China, to meet his students. Great place for performing arts but has many other activities as well as performing a full show at the end of each session.
