“The best deep tissue massage! I have been going here over 5+ years for deep tissue massages - they are truly the best. I buy a package of 10 massage and use it over time. The price is very reasonable for an hour massage with the package bundled price. I also like the foot reflexology and also buy a package for 20 foot reflexology to use with the 60 min body massage for a more relaxing experience. The masseuse ladies are exceptionally good. I like to stick one or two masseuses, as I like their technique better. One thing, I cannot stand whiles massage session was one of the masseuse lady trying to sell more & more services during my session. So I stopped going to her and now request appointments with the masseuse who is not trying to be a sales person during the massage session, focuses more on the massage and giving the client a relaxing experience. I’m sure the owners of the spa try to push the poor masseuse ladies to sell more services. Which is okay but not during our massage sessions please. I recommend please tip the masseuse well. They work very hard to earn that tip and they are underpaid. I usually give $20-25 tip for a hour massage/reflexology. They have very good facials, eyebrow tattoos and eyelash extensions as well. I have tried them all services are good here.”

The exercise equipment selection was top notch. The gym was clean and well kept and pleasing layout wise. To be honest one of if not the nicest gyms I have ever been in. Considering it was 100°F outside the gym stayed cool to where I was not uncomfortable. It has all the amenities one could ask for in a gym. The clientele or members of the gym was also good and well mannered. No drama with sharing machines or anything. When I go back to town on business I will be going back.”
