The practitioner was nice and thorough and compassionate. She asked me to point out the areas where I was feeling uncomfortable and also asked throughout the treatment if she was putting too much or too little pressure. “Jasmine is the BEST. She seemed to really have a lot of empathy and did an AMAZING 30 minute massage. For those who have experienced physical trauma and are self conscious about taking clothing off for a massage- this is the place for you. You feel safe. Not nervous. They do clothed massages right in the front. You know you’re being watched and nothing could ever go wrong. I like that secure feeling. Let me just say too- I got the benefit of a 90 minute massage in 30 minutes! Jasmine KNOWS what she’s doing. I honestly couldn’t believe the relief I felt after my session. Went right home and slept. I could FEEL her sincerity and care for me as a person. As a former massage therapist, I KNOW that type of energy as I once had it myself. “I’ve been going to Cadiz for laser hair removal treatments for almost a decade now (just for periodical maintenance treatments after the main treatments years ago). They have always been friendly and professional. The spa manager remembers me each time I go in, even if it’s been a few years. The spa itself is always clean and comfortable. I tried a Groupon from another laser treatment place and had terrible results. Their laser was set so low that there was a bare minimum of hair removal. In comparison, I’ve always had excellent removal rate results from Cadiz. The technicians are also very thorough, which is a huge relief. I don’t have to worry about them missing the stragglers. Highly recommend Cadiz Laser Spa to anyone interested in laser hair removal. They are wonderful about answering any & all questions, too.”

Parmjit’s chair yoga classes have helped me relax, learn to breathe more deeply, and gain strength and balance. My latest venture has really surprised me. When l first joined Julie’s DanceFit class, l had to hold on to the wall or barre for balance. I struggled to pivot, kick, and move without stumbling. I struggled to catch my breath. But, three months later, my balance, strength, and agility (along with my breathing) are vastly improved. I heartily recommend the TriHealth Fitness Pavilion to any of my older contemporaries.”
