“This is my second time using Sailaway Marine and they did not disappoint. Last Year they did winterizing and tune up to my boat and we had a Great season with the boat no issues. This year I had a issue with a strange vibration and noise when driving the boat. Was able to get it quickly to Sailaway Bay Marine and they were able to replace a gimbal bearing. I forget the next person who came out to help me, but he got the ball rolling. Then Barb came on the seen, and helped gather resources to make up for the fact that I did not make appointment or do the stuff that typically needs to be done. She made up for my lack, and called in the troops. Then Josh arrived on the seen, and helped me unload, gather and wrap for save keeping (well, I moved a few boxes and watched the process, mostly).
