I did find a Lot of my belongings had water damage on one side of unit that I wasn't aware of til I moved it all out, lost a Lot of things to the trash, but not stressing it. I would just check all corners of Any storage facility next time. Would highly recommend this storage to everyone though, it's well kept.”

I unloaded on back side don’t open doors they do from inside warehouse. Once green after red drive around to office to get bills. Takes 15 min check in and out. Was in dock 6:45 to 8:15 am. No unload fee least for me.”

“I chose North American Van Lines - Beltmann Moving & Storage to move me because of Todd Westlake, the guy who came to do my estimate!! They were not the lowest estimate and ultimately that didn't matter to me, I appreciated his professionalism, reviewing the move costs and process with me, and the follow-up before I even made a choice!! I interviewed two other well know names in moving and the other two never followed up with me after their initial estimates - Todd stayed in contact with me and answered every question. My move out was smooth, the crew was great - very careful with my belongings, courteous and also professional. My property is due to arrive in under 2 weeks, and unless something catastrophic happens on that end, I would pay this price and work with this company again!! UPDATE: My belongings arrived as promised, in 2 weeks from pack/load date. Everything went great on the move-in end, I've unpacked the most valuable and precious items with NO breakage. The coordination between the TX end and PA end was on point and the reconnect of my washer/dryer was SO worth the little extra money spent on both ends for professional technician to do that work! In the end, my move was exactly as I expected - well organized, professional, careful and took ALL of the stress out of the experience for me!”
