“I arrived at 5:00 pm. My appointment was next day at 10:00 am. I requested the Receiving gentleman, John to unload me. He was Cooperarive. He said, "will try, check with me after two hours, however, very likely, you will be unloaded tomorrow morning." I checked at the window again around 7ish, John was not there, however, other person said, I don't have space. Sorry. Can't blame them so far. They let me stay there in the parking lot. I stayed overnight. No Bathrooms though. Porta party ONLY. Next morning I tried to check in at 6:00 am. The lady refused. Asked me to come back at 9:30 am. I went to window again at 9:00 am. There was another gentleman, checked me in and gave me the door. I was on the door at 9:24 am. Keep this in mind, my appointment was at 10:00 am. I got the green light at 1:45 pm. 4 hours and 21 minutes since I was at the door and 3 hours and 45 minutes since my 10:00 am appointment. When you enter in the parking lot, you will feel as if it is a wrong entrance, you will see sign Organically Grown, keep moving, you will see the sign, Grocery Outlet soon. Receiving office is between doors 13 and 14, staff is nice and friendly, ample parking and usually easy to park. Across the doors, there are trailers parked. However, if the door you are getting, across if trailer and tractor both are parked, you are in difficulty situation. Please be careful. I am attaching the pictures so you know what I mean. Pictures are not in order. I have rated this location 4. However, if there was a bathroom available and unloading would be in less than two hours, I would rate it 5. All the best.”

“Not sure what the negative comments are about, I've had a unit here for almost 8 years for surplus storage and I've never had any issues. Couple payment card changes, had an issue on my end with one and they were super easygoing. Never had an issue getting in touch during or after hours. Nice units, always accessible and snow cleared. Nice people and he keeps an eye on your stuff.”

“Came in the Murphy Public Storage and met Debbie, from the time I walked in the Door she greeted with a smile and compassion. She walked Me through the whole process from the unit that was to small and was able to get me a larger unit. Coming back in the Office she was angel all the way through and even offered me a chair to sit in. She gets my 5 stars for her great customer service.”

“Entrance is off of Highway 65. Pull up to guard shack, its a tall one so you can stay in truck. No ID required, just hand guard BOLs, after if a live load, you'll go around building park by lot A near pallets. Drop trailer, park in A1-8. Walk to receiving door, its a little walk. Go inside, ring bell, hand all BOL and parking sheets to lady. Give them your cell number. Once done, they will call you. They do have public restrooms and a driver lounge. In-house guys will dock your trailer and pull it out once done. Nice folks at guard shack and receiving. Unloading time I'm not sure as this review is right away, but would come back again.”

“The wait was a bit long, but the support was excellent! I purchased the same part twice by mistake and wanted to return one. The second part was already in transit, so it could not be stopped. As soon as it arrived at our house, I reached out to Encompass about returning it. Ivette answered the phone, and she excelled at helping me. We have purchased other items from Encompass, so it took some time to determine what invoice represented the part to return. “This is my husband and I first time looking for a storage. I felt stressed for weeks from the cost to leave my belongings at a place that I would not have full access to for 24/7. But I left with great satisfaction and feel relief. Eternity helped us and was beyond amazing. She was able to answer all of our questions, inform us with every detail of the process before and after & she made us feel safe that we are able to trust to leave our things at the storage. “The facility is excellent, with proper temperature control. We moved out of a nearby facility that claimed temperature control--the only AC was in the office! StorQuest is cleaner, has more dollies for customer use (that is rather important, to put it mildly) and the clientele are cleaner. A far better experience all around. Alex at the front desk made sure we got the right unit for our needs, taking the time to explain everything. We checked carefully for mold in the facility since that was mentioned in a couple reviews. It is gone--and we spent 1 1/2 hours looking all through the place, having Alex open several available units. He explained that issue was taken care of right away when it occurred--the mold was removed and prevented from reoccurring. The air in the building is dry, our documents and equipment will be in perfect shape here. The competitor facility we moved out of had such high humidity it was only a matter of time until everything would rust and rot. StorQuest meets our needs, the price is reasonable, highly recommended!!!”

I saved a lot of money by going with U-Pack, their business model is absolute genius and the equivalent volume of space from a competitor (U-Haul, PODS, etc..) would've cost at the very least double and in most cases triple what U-Pack was charging. Do your research and find out if they're for you, as the only real downside is that they only do long distance transports. So, if that's what you're in need of, then U-Pack will save you money, time, and stress. Their drivers will explain the whole process to you and are incredibly helpful. U-Pack is without a doubt my immediate go-to recommendation for any long-distance transport needs.”
