“Had 7am appointment, they unlock shipping&recieving office for checking in at 7:15am. I'd suggest arriving 30 minutes early. ALL IFCO loads must check in on the far side of building that Google shows inline plastic on. IFCO check in office is at the very far corner of the building. You'll probably unload on the other side where the 1st entrance is that has a sign saying employee parking. The 3rd entrance is where you must check in and has a sign saying shipping and receiving. Did have drivers say there's usually a 5 plus hr wait but when I docked it didn't take but about 45 minutes. I arrived early, was first in line and had a 7am appointment.”

They have storage large enough to fit your RV and they rent out trailers to transport to and from. “I'm always impressed when these folks are onsite. Our lot is tight cause business is good and they're bringing in semi tractors and putting them in spots that are challenging. No fuss no drama. “I have rented 2 large storage lockers for 15 months. My experience was FANTASTIC! The units are large and while not "Climate Controlled" were well ventilated, clean and insect free. I stored Indoor furniture and outdoor items in the 2 units and never had any issues at all!! The facility is easily accessible, secure and open when I needed it to be. I needed additional help in getting a 28' trailer parked for multiple days because we were moving out of state. The staff was very helpful in making that happen and it went off without a hitch!! I recommend this storage facility without reservation!!! Nice people and great value!!!”

“We moved our travel trailer from a sketchy facility near our house in Boise to this location. Covered unit, electrical at the site, cameras, and great staff. We thought navigating the busy road would be difficult, but so far it’s been pretty easy. I feel safe with our belongings here, we’ll worth the 20 minute drive for a clean and secure location with a dump site and rv wash area, as well as a potable fill station. It’s been perfect for us!”
