“First time I've been there, and my experience was pretty good. If you've never been, here's some tips you'll need to know. Make sure your trailer is clean and precooled to 0. Also, and this is important, have a scale ticket for your truck and trailer, empty. They will not load you without that ticket. You'll park along the curb outside the plant and they'll come and get you. Follow the guards directions. They loaded me very quickly. I would be happy to go back.”

We found him to be very professional, friendly, If I remember correctly another lady "Jennifer " was helping us to and she was very friendly and helpful oh and actually there's was like 4 people working in the office and all were so friendly and answering our questions, they were all just so welcoming to their customers, sorry I can't remember the other other two girls names, but if I were to describe the atmosphere and vibes of the staff members I would say , Smiles, friendliness, helpfulness , oh wait that 3 words, what can I say they were " Awesome " AAA”

I had a corporate Christmas party I had to attend to and am pregnant so I bought one of their maternity dresses. 2 hours before the party I tried ironing the dress and thanks to pregnancy brain burned a hole into the dress. I drove to the warehouse they helped me place another order for the same dress and had it out for me to carry out in a matter of minutes! Saved me big time and showed such kindness! “I have no reservations referring Bills RV Storage. Their staff are professional, timely and accommodating to all my needs, and far exceeds my expectations of a storage facility. 24 hour gated and video surveillance gives great peace of mind. The reason I switched to Bills is the storage facility I used before, experienced a storm that left my RV with 11k in damage while my family and I were out town. I found my camper badly damaged 3 months later, before departing on a family trip. Management explained to me, that in the agreement, it clearly states that they are not responsible, nor will they take action to inform owners of property damage. I have been with Bills for over a year now and have received very clear communication that pertains to the storage yard or information they feel is vital to the owner of property in the yard. They truly value their customers. My only disappointment was waiting as long as I did to store my RV here. Give them a try, you’ll be glad you did!”

“I’m dont typically use a storage facility but when moving into a new home, I stored my stuff here and while the storage itself was pretty standard, the customer service of their employee Kiegan I think his name was, was outstanding and that guy deserves a raise! In a world where people hate their jobs anymore, that kid seemed to be pretty pleasant! They need 10 of that guy!”

“Gerry and Linda are excellent to deal with and took very good care of my 1988 M6 while it was being stored pending a transfer to its new owner. A lot of wonderful cars are stored safely here for a very reasonable price, all things considered. They appear to have a dispute with someone who left a car outside of their facility but I find it very hard to believe it was due to their negligence as they are honest and thorough.”
