Our items were delivered without any damage or issues. This year we used a local Philly company and did not have near as positive experience. “Mike and his team were so incredibly helpful when my forklift went down. He walked me through all our options more so than anybody else I reached out to. The communication was excellent and when a delay caused the repair to take an extra day or two than originally expected, they even helped by sending out a loaner lift to use until my repair could be completed. “I edited my review to reflect the customer service that Youngsville Storage provides. I had a issue that really upset me in regards to the new system change, I pay my bills on time and with the new system it deleted me from the automatic draft, I had apparently missed an email with this notice and got a nasty gram. I left a negative review explaining my disdain. Today I received a phone call from the manager apologizing for the mistake. He had been out of the office and it was not relayed to have a grace while they went through the pains of finding a new system. He called me, worked with me, and set up a plan to try to set the auto draft back up. Before Youngsville storage I had Lifestorage in Raleigh and they were 100% obtuse to any issues no matter whose fault it was. I would recommend Youngsville storage of anything for the 1 on 1 customer service that is provided and the fact that they care about being fair and keeping people happy.”

“I was looking for a warehouse in the market and they were either too big and expensive or landlord requested 5 years contract; after a while of my search, I found Rise. I have been leasing a unit in Noblesville, IN for 8 months. From the beginning the commercial manager was really nice and open mind in order to provide a solution to my business needs. The facilities are all the time organized and clean, there is a pallet jack and forklift included in the lease for the facility. They have different size of units and most important thing, the facility manager is always able to help, customer service is awesome, which in mi opinion is the most important thing when you lease a property. Also, they have a desk when all the small packages are received if you are not in your unit. I couldn't find a better place to set my business. Highly recommended!!”

He even managed to get me a very convenient upgrade to my original space request that I made online. My only other comments would be about Public Storage as a company.
