“Oh. My. Goodness!!! Our family bought a travel trailer very last minute. We realized as soon as we got home that there was no way for it to fit in our driveway, even temporarily. I reserved a space at highway 21 storage online and headed that direction. When we arrived, we couldn't figure out how to use our gate code. The facility was closed but as a last resort, we tried the number. AND THEY PICKED UP! The gentleman was SO SO kind. He helped get our code activated and stayed on the phone with us until we located our spot. He reviewed all of the amenities we could take advantage of. Just above and beyond what was required of him. We are so, so grateful for his welcoming. I am more than happy to pay monthly for a spot at a facility that truly cares about his customers.
