No flood drains, but somehow this park never floods more than a foot past the curb. “Fernbank Park is wonderful! I go there often to walk on the trail which is paved and scenic. Restrooms are clean and parking is plentiful. There is usually a nice breeze off the river and seating along the river side to watch the barges pass. There is also a nice playground for the kiddos. When the weather is nice, there is a brewery and a restaurant on the other side of the road open spring and summer for lunch and dinner.”
