“Moving and realizing your place is too small for all of your “important” things creates a lot of anxiety. Finding the right storage solution has its own issues one really doesn’t want to deal with. Security, ease of access, cleanliness and reasonable price all are considerations. I found all of these at The LockUp Self storage in Weston, Fl. I am most pleased with the level of security that’s provided. The requirements at each level of access was something I had yet to experience. My stuff is safe. But most of all is the customer service I received. Totally unexpected. Her demeanor, congeniality and professionalism set me at ease and made the entire process a pleasure. She walked me through the paperwork with explanations. Showed me the facility and stayed with me to be sure I was satisfied with my choice. I felt the time spent was because I was important. Stellar! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.”

“I had my whole life in storage here for several months. My only issue was the mouse that got into from the next unit over when it got cold. Due to that I recommend sealing EVERYTHING. Just to be safe. I had to move in a hurry so I had two boxes that weren't able to close, one of those had a few mouse droppings in it, but no damage or pee so it's fine. They are NOT temp controlled, but do well in a pinch. Never had issues getting past the gate and the staff always helped me via phone when I would forget my account login. I would say if you are storing things that aren't electrical, this will work wonders.”

“Unit was great, clean, and well secured. Facility staff is amazing. Melody made the process of vacating the unit very easy so I wouldn’t get charged for the first of the month. Only negative I have about it is that the price jumped about 30 dollars within 3 months due to originally getting promotional pricing, which the property manager did inform me would happen. It’s just the thought of it getting that far away from the original price was a little disappointing. Stored here for 11 months and would definitely store again.”
