“My wife, Elaine & I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here...getting in and out of the facility is easy, our climate controlled storage unit is always cool & comfortable, a cart is always readily available making it easier for us to unload vehicle and get items to and from vehicle. Most importantly the units are clean...no issues of pests/bugs...the entire grounds are well kept as well...huge bonus the staff is AWESOME...all of them...especially get the best customer service from Steve...very friendly & helpful...We highly recommend this Bay Vista storage facility location.”
