Bork was there to help us and even though there was no availability, he took the time to listen to what we were storing and offered to find us storage elsewhere. He did find us a location, but our move had to be canceled. Bork was really professional about the whole outcome and when we do plan on moving, we hope there is something available at this location. I called a bunch of different movers in the central Florida area to move a piano and some quoted me up to five or $700 and this was the least expensive out of all of them. Not only were they good at what they did, but they were extremely efficient. I called on Monday to have a piano moved on Tuesday and it happened just like that! “So far it’s only been today with my experience as in just obtaining a unit .. the process was fairly easy and hassle free … however I arrived and my gate code didn’t work but ELLIE at the front desk immediately fixed that issue in less than 2 min . Next issue was my unit had a extremely big hole in it to where I can see into the next unit and their items .. ELLIE immediately resolved it by transferring me to a new unit same size for my monthly amount and it was done with a smile . She was really nice , patient and a resolution specialist ! … My stars are for ELLIE mainly it’s been day one so I’ll re rate when I’m there longer”

I have moved from DC , LA and Hawaii and had used other moving companies that do not explain to you about how estimates work and makes promises on the set pricing until all of your things are on the truck or worse yet, moving my crystal chandelier and receiving the crystals broken because of the carelessness of packing. But CITY MOVERS was so detailed in explaining step by step how they can estimate as accurate as you tell them and send photos.
