“There is no office on site - everything is done over the phone or through the mail. It's a month to month storage facility with no contract, which is nice except that there's no pro-rated refund of half the month's rent if you only need storage for two weeks. The facility is easily accessible by car and clean (not air conditioned), but a tractor trailer CANNOT access it. I have had some spotty customer service (I was first assigned a unit that was already in use), but overall the staff tried hard to resolve my issues, and I was ultimately pleased with the experience.”

We needed short term storage during a cross country move. We were assisted mostly by Dean who is an absolute GEM: kind, pleasant and engaging. He remembered our names and greeted us personally throughout our visits. The center was previously named ACE Self Storage and is in the process of changing their name to Storewell Self Storage. Could be confusing as from the road, signage still says ACE Self Storage when we were there 5/2. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit. You won’t be disappointed!”
