“EXCELLENT customer service! Easy online payment portal. Friendly reminders when time to pay. Has auto pay available. Excellent location! Storage unit was clean(NO BUGS) and facility is simple and functional. Lots of maneuvering space unlike the over crowded driving and maneuvering areas in other facilities around this area. Customer Service is off site but is fast to respond to any calls, etc. They have been helpful and great. Only issues are pretty minor: 1) HUGE pothole right at entrance that is very hard to miss as you try to enter or exit. It is so deep and large that it can do some very real damage. Has been a year and not repaired. 2) Unit had holes in walls and part of unit internal ceiling (not the actual roof of the building) is falling in. These are cosmetic issues only and they do not appear to allow any rail, etc into the unit. The repairs from before we rented the unit were not well done and are literally falling off in the heat and humidity we have around here. We have been very happy so far with our unit and the customer service.”

“The park is well laid out and clean. We came in on Saturday, when the office is closed. The park sent an app. To get into the laundry and showers, but I could not get the app to work. Common problem I am told. Other than that, the park is quiet and easy to get into. I would suggest getting hold of someone in the office during working hours to make sure to have access to the amenities before arriving if arriving late or on the weekend. The cost of staying is fairly high to not have access to everything. There is somewhat of a kitchen is the same area as the laundry. Showers/bathroom and laundry/kitchen are extremely neat and clean. I would definitely stay here again.”

We had seafood platter today and it was very good! It has shrimp stuffed crab oyster and stuffed shrimp with fries! Great deal for the money! The gumbo was also delicious! Today I had chicken sausage gumbo. It was some of the best, that I have tasted! You won't be disappointed”

We visited the facility and were assisted by Kristen, who was super helpful in helping us choose options and was flexible when we had to switch mid way. The facility was clean, and the staff were helpful. Def recommend them. The prices are aggressive and they work with you to get the best spot for you. “A few things stand out about River Storage in Isleton. First, and foremost piece of mind knowing your boat or RV is safe. I don’t recall ever hearing of a break in while I had my boat here, and I have had my boat here for a long time. I tried to save money going across the River in Rio Vista and my boat was broken into twice in a little more than two years 🤬 2nd. The rates are VERY COMPETITIVE, and stay that way, in fact I don’t think I can there is a better facility to go to for the price. 3rd. I like the fact that if you can afford to pay for a full year , they will give you an extra month free! Jackie , (who works there) always seems nice and helpful. Mike, who lives on the premises in a trailer can also be there in a time of need if he’s available.”
