Gary from maintenance is awesome if an issue ever comes up. Great river/city views. Surrounding area is very walkable and has a few cool bars & restaurants but still nicely quiet at the same time.”

He's made improvements both in cleaning up the weeds and cleaning out the non paying junk vehicles that were abandoned but not removed by the previous managers. The yard looks great now and it's safe because there's someone living on site. Give them a try if you're looking for a spot, Patrick will take good care of you.”
