“The best thing about the U-Haul Center in Snellville GA is associate Freddie S. I’ve been picking up moving supplies past week! Some orders I made online some items I bought in the store. Firstly, I drove 29 miles to that particular U-haul center because the U-haul independent locations in Roswell and Dunwoody weren’t up to par. I knew of the U-haul Center in Snellville so I went there. Secondly, I had several purchases and 2 returns for which I couldn’t find my receipts. Freddie was so patient with me on both occasions when I had returns and questions about previous online orders. I was tired and frustrated with moving and his compassion and professionalism made a frustrating situation so much better. Also, this U-haul Center has everything in stock for my moving needs. Dillon let me try out every office chair and walked me through the features of each. Once I'd decided what I wanted we went through the options, he even brought out various fabric swatches to help me decide on the color. He then brought me a price breakdown for three different builds of options. And the price was lower than everywhere I looked online even during black friday. I was blown away. I placed my order and Dillon has been keeping me updated each step of the way and I only bought one chair!
