“I stored some furniture here for a year in their climate controlled storage unit. After pulling my contents out there was no water damage or humidity damage. Everything smelled standard. Lots of room to circle around with moving trucks. The units have very high ceilings. The staff are very polite and professional. The units are clean and secure. The bathroom is located in the unit attached to the office. They should mark this so people know where it is at. The price is higher then I think is reasonable the units. They are good units tho.”

(No Russian bots here, очень забавно) Observations while on site: The location is easy to access and rates competitive. The area is relatively well kept and storage spaces clean. Having a second gate open to pull through with a large trailer would be beneficial but it is understandable as to why the second gate isn't open, for controlled access.”

However, all details were paid attention to and that is why I'm willing to write a nice review about Silverback Moving. I had heard about Silverback Moving from a friend that lived not far from our family home in the subdivision. They had a very pleasant experience so we figured we would call the same guys to come out for an estimate. Silverback Moving did just that and we felt it was very thorough. Four men and two trucks came out on the move day. They started by padding all doorways wood floors. After prepping, the home they prepared the furniture to then be handled. Quick and careful they were. After we were moved into the new address, they made sure all was built properly and assembled correctly. The overall move came in just a few hundred dollars over the initial bid. As my neighbor once did, I too will refer Silverback Moving.”

I went in to drop off my ring to be resized (which I am currently waiting on), as well as getting my my husband's ring cleaned. Jaivyen was extremely friendly throughout the entire exchange (which only took about 10 minutes in total, because he also provided fast and efficient service), he took the time to speak with me about my day and displayed phenomenal customer care and attentiveness. Unfortunately in the current world that we live in, there are many people who no longer value customer appreciation. However, today that was not the case. My husband was also very impressed with the way in which he cleaned the ring, and stated that it looked brand new!”
