The units on the higher floors (I think there's 7) are cheaper... FYI... There is a loading dock area and truck rentals located in the alley entrance for loading and unloading.”

“I highly recommend using All Star Storage and Container. I purchased a 45ft shipping container from All Star storage after trying to do business with 3 other container companies who were actually much closer to me. In the end All Star provided the best price, was the most responsive, and delivered what they said they would, when they said they would. I communicated with Chris to set up my deal. She was amazing! She got me the exact container I wanted for a fair price. She also sent me pictures of the container so I didn't need to make a long trip to their yard. The container was delivered by a man named Edgar. He was also amazing! He called me twice along the way to my location to let me know his progress. When he got to my location he helped me to put the bracing under the container and was willing to stay long enough to do the job right. He didn't just want to dump the container and go. He made sure I was happy before he left. Both Chris and Edgar were fantastic to work with. If you need a shipping container you should give All Star a chance! I was happy I did.”

“Recently was in SJ to visit my kids and one of my jacks on 2017 grand design reflection fifth wheel broke. I could not find any mobile repair and all shops were booked up 2 wks +. So I took out the jack myself and brought it to Leale's so that I could get it replaced through my extended warranty. Unfortunately, my warranty will not cover any part without labor. I was pretty mad. The service manager was very helpful and figured a way to get it done. Even though they do not do mobile repair, they did it for me and made it possible for it to get mostly paid for by warranty. Forgive my memory but I can not remember his name. I am very grateful for him and Leale's for getting me back on the road again. Advise anyone in the area that needs work to get it done here. A++++”

Plenty of security at the gate so I always felt my valuables were well monitored. The units seem to be pretty new and are in great shape. The folks are easy to work with and there weren’t any surprises. If I hadn’t moved out of state, I’d have gladly kept using them. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good storage company.”

“I made a post several months ago about this storage facility. My feelings remain as far as the company is concerned because it was a less than pleasant experience while I was a customer. I am no longer a customer and have since acquired a storage at a different facility. I am writing this post in recognition of one of the employees. Reggie is the groundskeeper / security at the Katherine P raines location in Cleburne. He is a great asset to the company and they are very lucky to have him as an employee. Even though I am no longer a customer he still doesn't hesitate to help if needed. A friend of mine who is incarcerated still rents a unit at that location. I was asked to look after their unit until they were able to return home. I thought that I may meet some resistance considering that I no longer have a unit there. But Reggie has been most helpful and assuring me that their things are safe. On his own time going by to check the unit for me and contacting me with updates. I'm aware that he is not under any obligation to do so however I am extremely grateful for his willingness to help wherever needed. It is Reggie in my opinion that made all the difference in my situation as a customer. As well as the reason I'm able to rest easy with no worry about my friends unit. I know Reggie is on the job!!!. Thank you Reggie for all that you do you. I am grateful for employees like you they have genuine concern for their clients and willing to go the extra mile, and WE APPRECIATE YOU!!!⭐”
