The policies are well written and explained. No extra fees or worry of auction if you pay in time - note the key phrase, some of you poor review writers - IF YOU PAY ON TIME. If you don't pay your car loan on time, then bank assesses you a late fee, yes? Jeez, it's not that hard. In any event, the place is clean, I feel like my stuff is safe and Amy went above and beyond to explain the lease in detail, including the possibility of late feeds, which is just common sense.”
