“I recently rented storage from this place to store items for my school events. I reserved online the day that I wanted to move in. The store manager Diwaylon was extremely helpful. He took myself and my staff member directly to our storage and event assisted in helping us move in. Since I purchased the rental space without ever seeing the location, I was a tad bit disappointed with my specific storage unit. HOWEVER, Diwaylon's great costumer service made me realize it wasn't a big deal. I am very big on how people treat costumers. It's because of his service, I will stay. THANK YOU”

“Took me 4 hours before my 11 am appointment time. As others have said they will unload you quickly but that does not mean you are done. The wait for paperwork was 2 hours. Can't complain was still leaving before I was even supposed to be here. Not sure why others said overnight parking. They must of just gotten lucky. There is very little room. I went to the backside dock to park and they came out and said I had to leave and come back closer to my appointment.There is a partially vacant warehouse right across the street from guard shack entrance that has a lots of room to park. Please just don't be a slob and leave your trash laying around and get all trucks banned from parking there.”

“This is a place that makes small business great. You are not a spot location or last 4 of your SSN like you might be with other large chains. This storage facility is new in the block, but is expanding sign as well. When you are towing your rig, you want to find a convenient location got getting in/ out. This is that place. Monitoring be security cameras, LED lights and owners on premises, the security and comfort is there to store your valuable possession. Give these guys a try. RV spots still available, they will be building covered storage in the future.”
