Ms. Sheila made me very comfortable and she was very detailed with explaining the gate access, the way I would have to drive up to my storage (it’s in a tight spot in a corner) and she also help me out with a pad lock. We had a heart to heart moment in the office and I really appreciated the listening ear. I’d also like to mention that she loaned me her charger because my phone died. Not to mention that the office smelled wonderful. She is such a kind person! Thanks for everything Ms. Sheila!!!”

“The indoor aspect of storage really suits our needs and we are very happy to continue renting at least one unit. The staff is efficient, friendly and helpful, doing everything they can to make our storage experience the best it can be. Our primary concern has been the length of time (months) it took to get the large exit doors, and the dock ramp doors to the facility repaired. The lack of repair permitted lots of moisture, flying insects and birds into the facility. Most important for us, the open doors supported the growth of mildew and mold, of which we are allergic. That being said, we are still very likely to recommend this facility to others.”

“I had two storage units in the time I utilized Public Storage. The first one I got was the smallest unit as I didn’t need much storage and then later I had to upgrade. Gina was very helpful in helping me upgrade to a bigger unit with no issue. I just closed my last unit, as I purchased a home, and Gina was once again helpful and explained the closing process. Zero issue again. Overall, I had a great experience. The codes to get in are all custom so you know who goes in and out and the fencing around the perimeter is very secure. I highly recommend.”

“I could not be more grateful for Bridgetown Moving. I spoke to Sully who helped me set up a last-minute move after my original moving team cancelled two days before my move date. Roberto and Lino moved at a pace I was not anticipating. They were able to take more items than I thought they could in the time allotted which I was grateful for.
