The wait time varies, sometimes were in & out in an hour or so, sometimes we wait hours to get a door. No biggy! It comes with the trade! Overall they are a good group to haul for. She took a bunch of stress off my move an I can say looked out for my best interests even when moving out of the storage unit. Never charged extra fees or games like a lot of storage places do.
