That is willingness to satisfy customer rarely seen and was most appreciated, even though I declined the offer because I don't agree with wasting food. Sandwich was excellent, just had to be careful holding and biting the first three bites. Very minimal dropped away as I ate it. Am certain that next wraps were consciously better prepared. “When I first met Caitlin at All Storage I instantly liked her. I was impressed with her knowledge of all the units. The lobby was huge and ever so clean. She took us on a tour of the property and instantly loved it. She showed us several units and everything neat and clean and no trash anywhere. We reserved two large units and while trying to get everything in place to move she even extended us a week. While moving in she came by to check on us to see if we needed anything....I couldn’t believe it! My experience was 5 star all the way. I would recommend All Storage to anyone needing storage at a fair price.”

“Great Service! Great Experience! I read the reviews for all the U-Haul business in Anchorage and many of them are negative. I'm happy to say that my experience was positive, so here are ( 5 TIPS ) to help make your experience positive too! 1. Call 2-3 days prior to renting. Some of the rentals require a 24 hour notice. I called twice after 5PM, on hold twice for over 20 minutes, and I had to hang-up twice. Call earlier in the day to reach a U-Haul employee. 2. Look at the dimensions of the U-Haul rental online. If you rent a (6x12) Cargo Trailer you'll need to know the door opening is (4'10"x5') if you plan to load something large. 3. Rentals have a return time, so make sure you know when to return the rental! I rented a 12' utility trailer at 8AM and I was told to return it by 2PM. 4. You can't rent from one U-Haul location and return it at another without asking permission. The Traffic Manager must allow the return to another U-Haul location. 5. Returning the U-Haul rental to another U-Haul location IS NOT FREE! I rented a 12' utility trailer for $44.95 and the cost to drop off at another location would've been another $44.95.
