I need a very small dumpster for my business and because I'm an honest man and want to do things right and organized I am now forced to rent a Lot ($175 )to keep it on when others are using the grass spots for free for there dumpsters. $300 a Month for a 2yrd dumpster service!!! He helped me through the entire process and totally went over and beyond what I asked him to do and the one who guided me through what I thought was going to be a more complicated process. He gave me a tour of my initial unit, then there was a possibility I needed another storage unit and he helped me reserve another unit in the process. I've used a few storage places throughout the last decade or so, and thought the only job of the front desk employees was to hand over keys and show you the unit. Very hands off...... Chris was the opposite. He called me giving me updates. Asked if there was anything else I needed. Kept me engaged and in the loop.
