“I ordered two boutique cobblestone round racks for my shop and they were absolutely beautiful! Fast shipping and a great product overall. Unfortunately, at no fault to Store Supply Warehouse, the box of one of our round racks was damaged during transit and some hardware fell out and a leg to the rack was damaged. I was so distraught over how I was going to get this rack back to them but when I called it was a complete non-issue. They are shipping out a new rack for me today that I will have by tomorrow and told me not to worry about sending the damaged rack back to them. What amazing customer service!! I was completely blown away! I am so used to having to fight tooth and nail for every ounce of respect and customer service from companies when ordering items and it was incredibly refreshing to work with a company so set on customer satisfaction. “Dina was pleasant, friendly, professional and knowledgeable of what she was doing. Went there yesterday at 4pm to pick up a 10 cargo van. The line was ridiculous long and she was all BY HERSELF in the store answering questions to walk-in customers left and right, answering the phone, making reservations and getting the trucks or the van ready to the RSVP customers and still had a friendly welcoming attitude.
