“Just started treatment at this location. Was skeptical about it. Everyone seems to be nice. My experience so far has been wait, wait, wait. It could be because I am a brand new patient though. Today is day 3. If you can follow rules without that voice in your head trying to persuade you to "not worry about it" you will be okay in this program. This is my personal challenge. “This review isn't specific to Minter Bridge location, as I was on the live chat on the website, but this is the location I'm renting from. I made a reservation last month, when there was an August promotion, and saw today that the price has dropped substantially for the same dates and locations, so I took the gamble to ask if there was a way to get a price match. Sure enough, they did, and even applied the August discount and a further drop as a kind courtesy. Even in these difficult economic times, there are good companies, and I am very grateful, as a cross country move is not cheap to begin with, to have customer service that goes above and beyond!”

Although I did not run into any employee. I felt safe with the security cameras. The bathrooms were well stocked and clean as well!”
