The storage units are spotless and huge. As soon as I closed on my house they delivered my Big Blue Box. We unloaded it and they came and picked it up the same day. I had to change the pick up day a few times because of closing issues and Liz was more than happy to assist with the changes and she was always in a great mood and friendly. Bellhops Movers no showed on us and refused to take any responsibility — our pipes burst, house flooded so we were on a tight schedule, really in a bind. So happy someone recommended Simpler Moving! I spoke with Layne and even though they had a fully booked week he was determined to fit us in next day; he really empathized with our situation. He sent a team of four in the late afternoon and they knocked the job out super quickly and professionally. Before starting we walked through the house and the guys noted what was going/staying + any other specifications.
