From the customer’s perspective appointment means the time at which the service provider is obliged to begin the servicing of the car. I would suggest Maxwell Ford try looking at issues more from the customer’s perspective. And give Jackie a raise. She was excellent at working out a prompt start and finish of the work on my truck.”

Some being a nightmare, others just bad customer service. At Roseville Self Storage, they went above and beyond. Treating us like family. The owners Always expressed how much they love and care for their military people. On storage move-out day, the owners drove by in the golf cart checking to see if we needed anything. They even gave us cold water bottles as we were loading up the truck (it was a hot day). Told us to not even worry about sweeping out the storage once we got it all empty, as they will take care of it. They are truly incredible people. The facility is clean and secure, we never worried about our storage unit belongings. 10/10 would recommend!!!”
