“I'm going to tell everyone I know to use them. I had to get a ton of work on my car and knew it would be expensive, so I didn't bat an eye when they called and said it would be $1,100. When I came in to pick up my car they explained they were juggling a lot when I called apologized for misquoting me - it would actually be $150 LESS expensive. Most other people either 1) wouldn't look twice at the price or 2) think twice about keeping the extra $150. Naturally, when I had totally separate car issues a week later I brought it back to them. They were extremely thorough and fixed the problem. When I went in to pick it up, they explained that I had some lights out. I knew about them and explained I hadn't fixed them because I thought there was a shortage somewhere causing them to go out constantly. Not only did they replace the lights for me so I could get home safely, they ordered the part I needed and is going to put it in for me tomorrow at no charge. Thank god for these guys. I couldn't really afford these unexpected bills to begin with so it meant a lot that they took care of me after spending so much money with them, and that they were so thorough and really seemed to love what they do and care about their customers. Thanks so much, guys! I've seen enough of y'all for one week, but I'm going to send so much business your way : )”

They were busy that day and had to wait around 15 minutes,but once it was my turn,the process was fast ,the person at the front desk was nice and professional and the cargo van was clean and in good condition. Same for the drop off, although this time I didn't have to go to the office, the process was faster. Very satisfied with the service and the Van and I'll be back soon.”

“Good movers. Fast and reasonable in price. Best price for overnight holds. We were moving and needed a two night hold for our things before moving into our new house. This was a local move with the houses being just a couple of miles apart. Prosser's fee for the overnight hold was more than reasonable as some movers wanted to charge over $400/night per truck. The guys conducting the move were organized and efficient. There were the normal water and smoke breaks, but overall I was satisfied with the speed at which they moved. Tim was the driver/lead on the job and did a good job of keeping things moving and stacking the items on the truck. On the unloading day at the new house Tim was again the driver/lead, but had an almost entirely new crew. I was a bit worried as physically the crew was not what I'd had a couple of days before, but Tim kept them moving and they finished in pretty good time. Just be cognizant if this happens and make sure to speak to the office as I do think things could have come out not in my favor if I hadn't voiced my reservations with the crew makeup for the 2nd day. I did have a couple of items damaged. You have to understand mistakes happen, furniture is heavy and things might get dinged. To their credit, Prosser's came out, took a look at things and for a slightly ripped couch they sent out an upholstery repair guy who stitched up the couch to where we can't even tell where the repair was. They stood by their work and made a mistake right which is the sign of a good company in my book. I would definitely use Prosser's again and would recommend them to others too based on the quality of the move, the price and them standing by their warranty.”

“I was in town during the Easter weekend to run a half marathon and to visit an old friend. I came here a few times to get a quick meal. Coming in from California, it's rather nice to not have to go all the way to Texas in order to get a Whataburger. For both of my visits, I placed my order on their mobile app which was very easy-to-use and convenient especially when you want to customize your order. I normally will get the Whataburger meal with all of the regular toppings and their spicy ketchup for the fries. Occasionally, I'll add a slice of cheese to that burger. Either way, although it's not my favorite fast food burger of all-time, they do have a very solid burger. The employees that I've interacted with during each of visit were all nice and friendly.”
