“Hello everyone, I hope this helps with your decision for a secure, professional and clean self storage facility. I've been at AAAA Self Storage on Freeman Ave for 5 years.I primarily store all of my weekend toys here: boat, motorcycles, and two show vehicles. Two of the main reasons I continue to stay here is I feel very secure, and management (Robin) keeps us very informed and settles issues promptly. For the security aspect, they have many camera's that monitor every section of the storage areas and they have a security gate for renters to enter their secure code. As mentioned previously, (manager) Robin, answers emails promptly, returns phone calls, settles problems quickly, and is very friendly and professional. The facility is very clean. Maintenance is performed regularly. We've had a couple of bad renters. They would leave a mess after cutting metal and repairing large truck. They would leave sharp metal pieces, bolts and lots of other trash. Well, they weren't there for long. Others thought they could live there. Robin handled all these issues very quickly & cleaned house. I hope this helps!”
