The spring and motor sprocket broke the morning we were leaving for Miami for 10 days. I called while on the trip and arranged with a pleasant receptionist to have someone (I was told it would ) come to fix the door the first morning I was back in home. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable and friendly. He had everything on his truck needed to make an efficient, professional repair, which he did. “I actually did not go in here as I had no buismess here, but my car had broken down here. The security guards were awesome here!! I did not catch the women's name but the guy Cassius was very helpful to me. It was FREEZING cold outside and he generously let me use his phone, looked up phone numbers for me, gave the tow truck driver explicit directions on where I was at and he didnt have to. Cassius took time out of his work day to make sure that I someone, who wasnt even a customer was safe and got the help I needed.”

Tom and his Team Buehler loaded us up and took great care to make sure all of our belongings were treated as if they were Museum pieces. The entire time they took great care to make sure everything was prepared for the journey to our new home. By the time the move was completed it is as if we had new family members. “I saw the facility being built and thought they were putting new apartments up. I was close(!) but not really. When I needed storage space, they had amazing prices, a helpful staff, great location and awesome Move In discounts! The prices went up recently, but that's to be expected. They are very understanding with any circumstance and I'd refer them every day all day! They've been amazing my entire stay with them and are very understanding. The staff is friendly and the spaces are SO clean!”
