“I just wanted to leave a review for the Grand Prairie, Fairway Drive location. They were changing out the sprinklers for the entire storage unit and I called and spoke with Charles and then David. This was one of the most top notch customer service that I have ever experienced. I have travelled out of the country several times, deal with concierge, valet and all sorts of individuals. I must say that Manager David Cares about the type of service that this facility receives. He’s thorough, diligent, attentive and very professional. It was such a treat encountering someone like him. Charles was amazing as well. They’re really outstanding over there in Grand Prairie and I appreciate their service. Kudos to both of these gentlemen who reminded me that great customer service is not dead.”

“It is of my upmost pleasure to be able to do business here and store my things with them. Dennis and Jesse are incredibly helpful and are an absolute joy to talk with. If you are from the south you will enjoy their southern hospitality, it makes you feel like you're at home and that you're doing business with friends and family instead of just with the proprietor. They have reasonably priced units that are also extremely clean and a very well-maintained facility. It's completely gated for added security and is accessible 24 hours. Morningstar SURPASSED my expectations. Their facility allows 24hr access and a well lit, safe area. Highly recommend this storage facility. Valerie Lopez is a wonderful manager there and helped me get a unit that was exactly what I needed. Great customer service and she went above and beyond to help with their company rental moving truck that had broken down. She booked me a truck from another location right on the spot.
