“This store was near the apartment I was moving from so I put my thing n storage for 10 month until my house was build. The lady in the office nice friendly however I came there for storage space I got a storage full of spiders ???????????????????????????????????? and there webs everywhere.they went up on the rent rate three months after I was there. I love the drive in code to open gate and get out hours are good the only problem I have was the spiders being everywhere I guess spraying is not cover in the monthly rate. I will say the lady that helped me in the off I can’t remember her name short black hair was very kind helpful. If u need a storage space check them out but bring so spiders killer with u lol”

“No problems except once but the elderly gentleman/manager was right on top of his game and made the visit that day most enjoyable by providing security video to local law enforcement agency DPS in which in a matter of hours my trailer was returned the thieves slid/squeezed in behind another vechicle at entry gate and in less then 5 minutes cut locks off of my storage and 1 to each side of mine hooked up my trailer and a washer and dryer and lawn tractor from the other units, they done there homework but didn't pass the test”

“I recently visited Extra Space Storage after stopping by the other storage facilities in the area. I wish I would've saved myself so much time and just come here first. The facility itself has a good layout and is easy to maneuver. All the units are on the ground so no worries about climbing stairs or having to haul boxes. The storage unit is exactly what was described and was clean. We were helped by Donna who couldn't have been better. She answered all my questions, was informative, and helped me get the best deal for my needs. Overall very pleased and highly recommend.”

I called from work to see if they had the storage I wanted and was very pleased that it was available. I asked them to hold it until I got off work and they were happy to. After I paid my first month's rent, one of the staff showed me the storage and I couldn't be more pleased. Do yourself a favor and call them if you're in need of a storage. You won't regret it.”

“My Herman Miller chair height adjustment failed. I sent a service request to the service group and got an answer within a couple of hours. I then got a phone call from Bryan Kustic that made getting an appointment for the chair's service fast and easy. A couple of days later I arrived and the service work was done right away. The service person,Bryan, is very experienced with Herman Miller Aero chairs, and knew just what was needed once he tested the chair. A few minutes later he had the chair apart, and replaced the part and re-assembled the chair quickly. During re-assembly, everything on the chair was checked and adjusted to sure there wouldn't be a need to return for a different problem. G/M is a helpful and friendly company. Their inventory is huge. There are a lot of items on didplay that are helpful for envisioning the items what I could add to my office.”
