“Wow! I’ve been a paramedic for 23 years. I go to a LOT of stores. Went in to this place at 0900. Clean, well stocked, and friendly people. All the food was ready. All types of coffee. Someone ask “Rocky” for a specific creamer and he went out and bought it on his own to make sure the customer was satisfied. Very nice to see some people who take pride in their work. And the employee wasn’t rocky but I can’t pronounce his name. Great job everyone.”

I worked with James Haney, and he got us into a machine and is saving me 1/2 of my old budget for our copier lease, with even better features. The machine was installed and everything went really smoothly. Since the install, we got new phones, internet and a few new computers this past week, so since I am the person that wears the "IT" hat (with no formal training) when we have problems, I needed help MANY times in reconfiguring our machine, (new IP address), getting our computers to talk to the machine, our fax line, you name it---- I probably needed help from the help desk. 😏 I received same day service on all of my problems, and was greeted with friendly, helpful people that worked through my problems with me patiently and enthusiastically. “Let me start of by saying that I am located in southern NH and had been looking for the right truck that met my requirements. Initially found the truck listed on Cargurus, and noticed that it was located in Cuba, NY. I don't have a problem with traveling for the right vehicle, but the problem i often run in to with talking to dealers further away and out of state, is that they are very lax in getting me the info i want because i am out of state and nowhere near them. Jasper's Auto was a different story. I contacted Jasper's via the Cargurus email inquiry. Within a day I got a call from Jasper's colleague, Nate. Nate was extremely helpful in getting me every bit of info i wanted on the truck. He went out of his way to go back out to the truck multiple times, and even pulling it inside on the lift to take multiple pictures and video that i asked for in a very timely manner. At one point, i thought i wasn't going to get any more replies because of how much info i wanted from him. I knew the truck was right after all of this and drove over a week later on a Saturday to check it out. Jasper seemed honest in the knowledge that he had of the truck and the services they performed while owning it. The vehicle had bad windshield wipers and a front running light that was out. Jasper had those items fixed right there on the spot no questions asked. The running light was even delivered from the parts store nearby because he didn't have one in the shop. I looked over the truck outside, had them put it on the lift to look it over and plug it in. Took it out for a drive. Put the vehicle BACK on the lift to look over AND plug in again. Jasper had no issue with me scrutinizing it like i did and catered to my every concern. I traveled 8-9 hours one way to look at this truck and if they had not let me plug it in or scrutinize it like i did, i may have just turned around and left. Well after all that, we agreed on a price, and shortly after I left with the truck. It is a 2007 GMC Sierra 2500HD Classic and a picture is attached here. Overall a fantastic experience with both Nate and Jasper, and would buy from again without hesitation. Thanks guys!”

“So after deciding not to attempt redoing my pool table. I searched for someone to do the work. These guys popped up. When I went to their website they immediately chatted with me. I spoke with kim. We discussed my table which is an oldie but goodie. He gave me a fair price in which I accepted. He did an amazing job even though he had to deal with removing a lot of nails haha. The process was wonderful and very informative. They leveled it and polished the balls as well. We think it may be an early 1900s era. He explained about the proper care for longevity. I have visited his store which I will be going back to. I am going to be taking some lessons eventually. Overall I am happy with the level of professional experience.”

These cartridge rods are discontinued as its an old fork so the rods are hard to find and the guys that DID have them wanted $175 a piece. I was recommended to try Technical Touch USA. Not only was their price incredibly low for these rods ($38 each!) the shipping is what kind of blew me away.
