“I've been working with PTB for all my landscaping needs for at least 4 years now, maybe longer. I'm very happy with the quality of their work, their reliability as far as scheduling, and the pricing. Although all landscaping services are expensive, PTB helps me manage and spread out expenses over the year because they are meticulous about quoting out every aspect of a project and super accommodating when I decide to add or remove items as we're refining the scope of the project. You will never ever get the unpleasant surprise that "the job cost more than the quote" from PTB. Luckily for me I am still able to get lawn mowing through this company although I know they have dialed back on residential lawn maintenance services. I've also hired them for spring and fall cleanups, pruning, plantings, and hardscaping including paver walkways and stepping stones. All their work is immaculate. I only wish that my property could look as good all year long as it does when they finish a job!”

“Growing up we used to go to western warehouse in my home town! was looking to get a new pair of boots. I’ve been to the store a bunch of times. I’ve bought clothes. Bought boots for my son for myself. I know 5 AM. I know what I’m looking for. I didn’t have to deal with customer service today. I have heard people having bad experiences with boot barn because they tend to hire very young stuff who appear like they rather be left alone and not deal with people than to help. I was asked for help a few times but I knew what I was getting. I didn’t need any help. But every time I’ve been here. There’s always strange vibes from the cashiers. One time they didn’t believe us that we grabbed a pair of jeans from the 50% off rack if we buy another pair. Then they had to triple check that these were the right jeans because they didn’t feel like they were coded properly. However, the manager was awesome and honoring the pants that we purchased because they were located on the 50% off rack as long as we purchased another pair of pants. So the managers are cool. This time the cashiers. Just asked us if anybody helped us. I said no. The rest of the transaction was very quiet. Pay. And leave. And honestly, sometimes that’s nice. But I could see how this could bother some people as far as I know it wasn’t enough to stop me from coming back here. The next time I need a pair of boots.”

“Finally, I found a truly “off-road” mobility machine! I think the EZ Raider is the next big thing; the large tires seem impossible to get stuck, plenty of torque to get up huge hills with ease, and the best suspension system I’ve experienced for traveling over rocky terrain. I’ve owned and ridden many e-bikes, e-scooters, etc. and this awesome thing is in a class of it’s own! The look and feel is aggressive, and the range is much more than adequate for anything I need. This can easily tackle the brutal, PNW terrain and it’s still a blast to take on asphalt, or across the dunes of the desert. I’ve been checking out some accessories and looking at what to buy next. If you’re into EV’s or the outdoors, I highly recommend grabbing one of these, be safe and have fun!”

“I had 4 bar stool seats that need reupholstering. I took it to Sam on a Friday, he told me they would be ready the following Monday around 2pm. I received a call from him at11:00am, saying they were ready and I was pleasantly pleased he had them ready before he originally told me. When I saw them I was so happy! They looked so beautiful, even better than how they originally were. The pride and craftsmanship he put into them was outstanding. I will definitely go back for future upholstering. “Purchased two Stressless recliners that were delivered on 9/15/2023. When shopping, our experience at the store was great. Sales personnel were available to answer any questions, but did not push and allowed us to sit in the chairs on several occasions without interuption. When ready, a sales associate wrote up an estimate of the order that we took with us and later returned to purchase the chairs. Everything came off professionally and without a snag. Chairs were delivered by an escellent team headed by a guy named Mike, who was more than happy to place the chairs. Having had two days to enjoy the chairs, we are both pleased with the purchase. They are of outstanding quality and very comfortable.”
