“I had a Genius Bar appointment at this Apple Store on a busy Saturday in Sept. Overall, despite some waiting around, I found my Genius Bar session to be productive and efficient, and the technicians to be (somewhat) friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I arrived on time and was directed by a blue shirt employee to wait at a table. While I had to wait 15 min for a technician to become available, once that happened, it was smooth sailing. I explained the issues I was having with my Macbook Pro - a blank screen- to the first technician. He asked me to plug in the laptop to charge it, which I did. After another 5 minutes, a second technician, Chris, came to my assistance. I explained the issue again, and he said that it seemed to be a display issue, and left briefly to retrieve an external monitor. Once he had the external monitor set up, he was able to reboot the computer and run Apple diagnostics, and those tests confirmed that the Macbook's components were largely ok, and that only the display and an internal cable were problematic. Chris succinctly explained my options for the repair-- I could have it shipped to a repair center, where techs would make the necessary repairs/replacements, and ship it back to me, or I could have it repaired at that store or another Apple store. I considered the timeline for both options and decided to have it shipped to the repair center. Once that was decided, I received a work authorization from Apple almost immediately. After 15 min backing up the desktop files to my iCloud (which was on me, since I wasn't in the habit of doing that), Chris handed off my Macbook to another employee for shipping. I received the repaired Macbook just 3 days later and am typing this review on it. All in all, a positive experience, and I'd recommend this Apple store.”

“Stopped by recently to check out their board game selection and to see the new remodel. The first floor now sports all of the store's merchandise (various card booster packs, a wide selection of colorful DND dice, board games, and snacks) as well as some tables for casual game playing and a free Mario themed pinball machine. The second floor is where the different card game tournaments take place. The staff were welcoming and friendly as always! Def recommend to those looking for a local MKE card and game shop!”

She was polite and patient and very customer service friendly. Went back and was seen right away. The service before the doctors was extremely professional and polite and not once did I just feel like a number just a paying customer. I then was seen by Dr assistant and then Dr and both were GREAT! I will continue to come here and come back. The office is always clean. When I checked out very professional also and very nice. “5/5: Amazing/exceptional. I took the 5 hour lesson with my wife, after having taken the ground school a few months back. My experience with both lessons was phenomenal, Tim, Romann, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond my expectations. If you can make it to the ground course before taking a water lesson I would encourage it. My wife had not taken the ground course prior to the water lesson and while it didn’t stop her from progressing, I felt way more comfortable flying the kite because I had a few hours more practice with one. By the end of the lesson I managed to get up once for a very short distance and I’m trying to find the next soonest time I’ll free to take another lesson. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough! P.S. the lesson was tiring, even exhausting, but other than some balancing I didn’t feel it was athletically taxing, so don’t think you need to be in good shape to do this.”

Right from the first phone call I made to learn about the process of hair replacement to THE BIG day when I made the transition to my new hair, the staff showed love, respect, compassion and empathy towards all questions I had and helped me calm down my nerves about the process. I worked closely with Danielle who held my hand through the process and ensured me she would take best possible care of me and she meant it! The day I saw my wig come in, I had tears of joy and we both hugged each other! I was blown away by the attention to detail that went into creating my new hair that perfectly matched my original hair color and texture and I would say was actually even nicer than my original! I walked out with my chin-up and feeling so confident! So many people complimented me on my new hair and it felt so real! I have no words to thank Hair for Now and am so glad I found them! I will remember this experience for my entire life!”
