“I just had to share what a completely wonderful experience my son and I had at this pharmacy today. We had two separate appointments at two different times for a vaccine. The pharmacist was so friendly and remembered some details I mentioned about my son at my appointment early in the day and mentioned those things to my son at his late appointment, to my son's delight. He gave my son a little bag of goodies for doing a good job being brave. As we sat on a bench outside the pharmacy eating some of the goodies right away, per my son's request, we noticed a sweet interaction of a pharmacy tech coming around to the customer side of the window from inside the pharmacy to greet and comfort a customer. It's truly refreshing to see this level of personal care.”

He directed me to the correct location in the store and was not quite able to figure out what I needed. He then offered to go get the resident expert in that area, and they both returned back. The resident experts name was Elijah, and Elijah was able to point out exactly what I needed. Both of these people offered their help without me even asking. When our old heating system failed mid-winter in 2020, we waited over two weeks for another company to install a simple replacement, and then immediately started having massive troubles with it. Then we called Buschur's. We got an in-house consultation, an invoice, and an entirely new system installed within two weeks during the covid shutdown. Trent answered every question and tackled every challenge. Everyone from office to crew was professional, friendly, considerate of health, and helpful. Our HVAC is still going strong. We highly recommend the company.”
