The reviews for the service department are a little scary, but the guy who did my walkthrough was thorough and knowledgeable. It’s important to remember this is a pleasure industry and service process is not like dropping a car off to be worked on. Also, these RV’s need some preventative maintenance done by the owners. If you’re not ready for that - be ready when you buy. Not a bad view when needing to take a break from daily life. Even when it’s cold”

“Definitely worth a visit. I was very happy to find Norwood while strolling through the main street of Sykesville The staff was very nice, and service was quick. The ice cream is home made, and the they many options to choose from, along with a couple of seasonal flavors. I tried the pumpkin spice ice cream, and it was delicious. Possibly one of the better pumpkin spice ice creams I've had.”

“This is a very cute and charming flower shop. Very well decorated and such beautiful flowers inside. Everything looks so lovely and made with taste. The reason we came to this shop was their small hidden cafe inside, but with outdoor seating. Beautiful setting! They serve the best cappuccino in the neighborhood.What a cute place!! I even got to chose my own cup ☺️ (having a right cup for my coffee/cappuccino is a very big deal for me). Many places spoil the experience with their paper cups or big mugs. We received great service and had an amazing time enjoying our coffee/cappuccino on a beautiful sunny day. Keep up the good job!”

I added accessories and an upgrade, was charged less than what the items are available for on Amazon and the owner installed everything (bike computer, saddle and Shimano HG-51 8 speed cassette) on the spot and free of charge. I happily rounded my bill up to the next $100 and still feel like I shorted the fellow. Highly recommend.”
