The staff was knowledgeable & patient. They even made suggestions, but weren’t rude about it. We found everything we needed. Since the boxes that held the rock were broken upon us making arrangements for pick up, Kelly’s offered to deliver our supplies at no cost to us. This is customer service at its finest! We definitely will be back and recommend them to our family and friends.”

“Superb Experience! Although I live Waco, Texas, I decided to buy an 08 Wrangler on OVE. I booked a flight and headed out. Wayne stayed in touch with me from the beginning. He suggested I let him send a driver instead of taking Uber. Leo drove 1 hour to Baton Rouge and was there before I landed. When I arrived, I was introduced by Bob to the lady at the desk who helped complete paperwork. Quickly I was taken out back and driven around until we found my Jeep. The young man even secured my temp tag for me. Wayne, this was an awesome experience. The Jeep is awesome with absolutely no issues. I made it home by midnight. Thank you very much for giving me such an incredible experience.”

I called 3 others movers and left messages but not one replied or message me back, on the 4th call I called Generation Billiards and Frank Esquivel answered. He was able to squeeze me in for that Tuesday between 8-9am, this guy will take care of you! Great service, easy to communicate with and very prompt! Clean and an expert at what he does. She was friendly, polite, professional and very communicative. We had an initial small issue with the wrong color being ordered for one of our group's jacket by another worker but Jackie promptly caught this in advance of the due date, truthfully explained what happened and quickly fixed the error and ensured that all the jackets arrived promptly. Overall, their service was excellent and prices were definitely more reasonable and affordable than any other location within the 30 mile radius this shop is located.
